The client approached us with a plot and a dream: to build a contemporary, future-proof family home from scratch. The goal was to create a unique property that balanced bold architectural features with comfort, functionality, and energy efficiency—a home that would grow with the family and stand the test of time.
We began with a bespoke architectural design, working closely with the client to develop a layout that maximised natural light, flow, and usable space. Planning permission and structural calculations were all handled in-house for a streamlined process.
Construction began with a solid foundation and sustainable building materials, ensuring both durability and efficiency. We installed underfloor heating, triple-glazed windows, and advanced insulation to meet the highest performance standards.
Inside, the home was fitted with luxury finishes, including a chef-grade kitchen, custom joinery, and feature lighting. A bespoke oak staircase became a central design piece, complemented by expansive skylights that bathe the interiors in natural light.
Northiam Road is now a one-of-a-kind modern residence, delivering comfort, character, and functionality at every turn. Every detail, from the sleek façade to the intuitive interior layout, was carefully considered to meet the client’s brief and exceed expectations.
